Accounting Specialist

Molly Weaver

With two active teenage boys, Molly is always shuffling her kids from place to place and cheering for them during their games. Summer is her favorite season, when she can lounge by the pool or go for a swim. In addition, she loves to take walks, explore new hiking trails or parks, and spend time with family and friends.

Project Manager

`{`AN-na`}`. This Barbie’s job is Email. If she’s not shooting off emails or creating the latest social content, Anna can be found traveling to warm places, exploring Cincinnati’s Food & Wine spots, or hanging out with her (chaotic) cats, Benny and Jerry.

Business Development

Emily Valentine

You can usually find Emily attempting to stay highly caffeinated while chasing either her 3-year-old son (Maddox), or her Pug (Carol). Aside from her love of being a mom, Emily enjoys iced coffee, cookie dough, making people laugh, and quiet nights at home binge-watching crime shows.

Production Designer

Brian Schroeder

Look for Brian in the background of your favorite film or one of his famous cooking videos. He’s only happy with something that is old; be it cars, watches or furniture.

Senior Designer

Audra Westrich

If there’s anyone who loves a good (heavy metal) breakdown, it’s Audra. Aside from attending concerts, you’ll often find her lifting weights at the gym, or crafting at home with her pets; Boo & Hank.

Our company was created to help businesses of all sizes become, and remain, successful

For over 25 years, our office was home to a different kind of shop. A shop so successful that it was known nationwide as a trend-setter in its industry. This business catered to an exclusive group; making costumes, dresses, stage gear for actors, dancers, and all sorts of other “things” that were both sold locally and shipped across the nation. Appropriately, it was named The Thing Shop

Our name, The Think Shop, not only reflects what we do on a daily basis for our clients, but also pays proud homage to that small local shop in Northern Kentucky that made such a huge impact in its industry. Today, The Thing Shop sign still hangs prominently inside our studio

Today’s society is overwhelmed with gadgets, widgets and disposable items made easily accessible by technologically driven machinery. For many, it’s hard to comprehend or quantify the experience, effort, and craftsmanship it takes to actually make something by hand as mass production has enabled us to spend and replace the things that we use daily without a thought.

The ax reflects on a time when the quality of a tool meant survival. When handmade wasa necessity not a trend, and when forging a new path meant you gotta’ get dirty. The ax was one of mankind’s most useful tools in industry and life and still remains relevant. The ax stands as a symbol of integrity, discovery, and progress.

Those who use or have used an ax are builders, artisans, explorers and pioneers forging and fabricating, always forward thinking to make a better life for themselves or express individuality. The ax stands for innovation, dedication, artistry, and strength.

What could be considered by some a crude instrument fashioned for destruction, for many, axes are considered an original piece of artwork, each hand made, tailored to the region, suited for its use and even specific to the maker.

The style of our ax was born in Kentucky. It represents our roots and pays homage to creators, explorers, and pioneers from every industry, culture, and society.
